Aesthetic Perfection

aesthetic perfectionWedging themselves somewhere between emotronic and aggro-tech, the violently emotional Aesthetic Perfection are an American Industrial act working their way across Europe in the wake of giants Combichrist, with support slots confirmed for all UK dates of the “We Are All Demons Tour”.

Formed by Daniel Graves in 2000, Aesthetic Perfection is described as without form, without ego or intention.
Aesthetic Perfection is music without a cause,   Music designed without purpose, perhaps solely for the aesthetic, the look the feel and sound that perfectly sums up feeling awesome/loathsome and rocking out.

A sort of electronic Andrew W.K? Perhaps not.

Daniel Graves, The man behind the perfection.

Amidst all this hubbub about whether there is a grander scheme behind the rage of Mr Graves one thing is forgotten; This is solid aggro tech. The best way to show what is meant by this is to turn to the single, The Great Depression, the video of which features Graves howling and marching his way past machinery, goggles and all belting out loud angry industrial.

Thats what we wanted, and Aesthetic Perfection delivers it exactly to the mold. What remains to be seen is how this simple balls-out industrial carries to the stage.

For those of you who wish to know the answer to this question there are a modest number of Combichrist dates remaining on their UK tour with A.P. in tow, In particular, today’s Sunderland date will have a limited number of tickets available on the door.
In the meantime, to placate the masses, enjoy the Great Depression.
