2012! Im sick of hearing about it! This little old number has had it’s name passed around and dragged through the dirt for long enough, yet people are still obsessing about the so-called apocalypse that will occur when the good-ole’ Mayan calendar which, to be fair, has not really provided us with any other use except this scare-mongering number, runs out. Well, so what. It runs out. Of course things run out. Milk runs out, so you buy more. Most calendars last a year, the Mayans decided to make a long one. A really long one. However, mocking ancient cannibalistic civilizations aside for a moment, does anyone else find the horde of theory behind how the world will end amazing? Everything from God’s promised rapture, to a giant meteor destroying the earth, to nuclear warfare, to the formation of the New World Order, it’s all coming out isn’t it? Makes for great conversation, but not with total strangers, unless you want to risk playing the crazy but cooky card.

Well im going to be talking a little bit more about this subject with Girrable on our debut video podcast which will be on it’s way soon, but as a precursor to wake you people up a bit, i’d like to hear your thoughts/fears/aspirations on the whole 2012 phenomenon, so either contact us here, or e-mail us on our contacts page or MySpace us if God Forbid you prefer that method of communication.
